You Can't Take it With You.

If you are going from a job at AMD to a job at Nvidia and if the 'it' is over 100,000 proprietary AMD documents, then this saying is doubly true.

AMD has accused Robert Feldstein, Manoo Desai, and Nicolas Kociuk of copying over 100,000 documents onto external media during their last 6 months at the company. Those three men and Richard Hagen are also accused of attempting to lure additional AMD employees to Nvidia.

A free image I found here: http://blog.timesunion.com/opinion/arrest-bankers-not-protesters/15100/man-with-handcuffs/

Not only are these men in for a legal raping of epic proportions, any executives at Nvidia who knew about (or read) these stolen douments without contacting AMD or the authorities could be next in line for the long spiked rape stick of the law.

You can read more at Arstechnica and Extremetech. The public complaint documents can be read here.

Finally something that is worth me getting off my beautifully sculpted ass to post!

Bad news for the industry overall...

Good News to see you active on the site: especially if the internet rumors of impending Video Card Releases are true...

I've always been a fan of companies that are the underdog. It should be interesting how this pans out. We hear everyday how unscrupulous some companies or individuals are and we hope they get what they deserve. Often times it is not the case. However, this kind of seals the fate with my ever buying Nvidia.
