This is a special version of the X1800 XT that serves as the master card in a CrossFire system. It's identical in every way to the regular XT with the exception of the the special connector to enable crossfire and some extra onboard circuitry for image compositing.

Mike made a small error:
"It's identical in every way to the regular XT with the exception of the the special connector to enable crossfire and some extra onboard circuitry for image compositing."
The memory on the X1800 CrossFire Master card is only 720 or 1,440 DDR compared to the X1800 XT's 750 or 1,500 DDR.
