...I can't take it seriously with that D-Sub connector on it.

O....M.....F....G...!!!

that's just ridiculous looking, I can't wait to see how well it actually does!

I agree. Why bother including D-Sub when you can just convert a DVI port to D-Sub? I suppose the same could be said about the HDMI port, but people will actually use that!

hmmm... I have problems occasionally with dvi-dsub converters getting bent pins with my CRT monitor's hefty cable. I would honestly put it as a plus for this card to have an old-school port for just that reason.

What a nice tiny little cooler... oh come on , a dual slot could cool it more than sufficiently .

Ok...this is getting a bit out of control. How feaking big do you need to make a card!?

Just give it it's own case and PS fer chriss sakes.

Come on nVidia, time to step it up. Bigger is better, and I think we can all agree that the world is ready for a 4-slot cooling beast. Who ever said that a GTX280 needs a dieshrink is flat-out WRONG if you've got a mini AC unit in your case.

Next from ATI/AMD will be the 4870 x4, it'll be one solid card that uses 4 full slots and requires 2 PCI-e x16 lanes to run...

I just want to know how much noise those fans produce.

I really wish card makers would open up the slots on the pci brackets. Creating 1 big hole or just bigger ones. by the look of it 50% of the venting seems to be blocked by the horizontal bars. I believe this would make for less restrictive exhasting of the heat from the card! (I suppose you could cut your own) Whos with me?!
