Old news is not necessarily bad news.

We now have a way for you guys to read the news our site that is no longer on the front page! It is called the News Archive, and you can visit it using the link at the bottom of this page or you can use this link right here. Check out this awesome quote from a news post on February 2nd:

"man...ATi is a bunch of $*#+ing morons, availability in April? G81 will be on store shelves by then, they're basically just handing market share to nvidia.."

April?! It is now May and the R600 still has not launched yet! Come on ATi, get in the game! Of course G81 has not happened either...but we did get a really expensive card that very few people want to buy...

Hi there I would like to congratulate you on your site. I find it very usefull, especially the superlatives section. By the way how often do you update that section?

Mike said he will update the Superlative section soon. The fastest PCI-E card will be the 8800 Ultra, the fastest AGP card will be the X1950 XT. The 8800 GTS and the 8600 GTS will probably make an appearance as well.

Nvidia stealing market share is good... shows AMD that it's not a good idea to wait. =) Wonder how quickly the HD Radeons'll drop in price? =)

I'm sure they'll debut at relatively low prices, and then nVidia will drop their prices to match. Gotta suck to be ATi, you spend god knows how much money building R600, then when it launches you have to price it like a mid-range card.

The HD2900 XTX was delayed because of the prototype memory issues.

That softpedia article is nothing but a rehash of stuff that's been on dailytech and the inquirer.
