TechConnect Magazine has some pictures posted of the upcoming 512MB G92-based GeForce 8800 GTS 512. Why in the world they aen't naming the card 8900 GTS is beyond me. This is going to add even more confusion to an already confusing marketplace where the cheaper 8800 GT is faster than the GTS. Now we're going to have a GTS that looks to be faster than the Ultra!

it had 120sp clocked at 1625 and 256bit clocked at mem clocked at 970 with the core at 650 with 32 tbus or 64 how you have it on the gt and im not for sure about rator operators but i think it will be 20

Isnt that how its meant to be though :p? The 8900 series is meant to beat the 8800 series isnt it. Its like if they brought out an 8600 Ultra with uber high clocks....you would still expect the 8800GTS to beat it.
