The Inquirer...ah, where to begin. Basically nothing more than a tabloid, but if you're desperate for information, these guys are always there to offer you something new and interesting. Sometimes they're spot on, but they're wrong so frequently now that I hesitate to even recommend the site. But since I read the thing every day, I don't see why you shouldn't too.

Anand Lal Shimpi is probably the single best professional hardware reviewer on the internet. I have nothing but good things to say about his site. He has a very professional style and his articles are always well informed and thorough. I read this site every day, and you should too.

Tom's is an old favorite. They cover just about everything under the sun but still find the time to do their VGA charts on regular basis, covering videocard performance across several generations.
http://www.beyond3d.com
I love Beyond3D. Their forums are one of the best sources of real videocard information on the planet. Their videocard database provides somewhat more detailed chip information than mine (but I'm catching up!), so if you're looking for more nitty gritty details, head over to b3d.
