I went to a record store the other day... half the store was labeled "Rock/Pop" ... those are bloody huge genres... why the fuck couldn't they have been more specific ?
And yeah... what kind of music , mate ? What bands in particular ? And please do not say Good Charlotte or Fall Out Boy . If you say that , I'm going to take away your PC and burn the harddrive that contains those bands ... and keep the rest of the PC . :P

Anyway , I just use last.fm to find new artists... and it scrobbles down what I listen to .
I have 1 harddrive completely for music... woot ! :P

Honestly, I don't know much about song genres, I just listen to them without thinking much. I seldom listen to music, I mostly use my PC to play games.....

Aww... only two bands ? Well , better than nothing I suppose .

I've been listening to a lot of Led Zeppelin , The Doors and Deep Purple lately... glad I did a cleanup (deleted some discographies of bands I no longer listen to , to get more space) in my 2nd harddrive to download more music .

Check out A Perfect Circle, Nine Inch Nails, & Tool wyz.

I think you'll like them. You may have to let NIN grow on you, but they're damn good once you get into it.

For all the rest of you who like blues, metal, and general weirdness check out Clutch.

Well as my name implies I enjoy mostley German based rock. That is Rammstein, E Nomine, Megahertz, and OOMPH. However I listen to just about anything sadistice, and evil, which the Germans excelle at. But I guess anthor example would be ICP. One other thing my name translanted into english, means The Elite, in German.
