you don't need to change the power supply HD 4850 and HD 4830 usually coming with 6 pin connector ,
Old games , Well HD 4670 will be more than fine .think about HD 4650 its cheaper ,keep your money...

i recommend you get HD 4830 or 9600 GT ,if you have more cash get HD 4870 ( your Cpu will bottleneck The Gpu anyway )
