Your PSU is more than fine you beable to run alot higher speced card like a 9800GTX or 8800GTS 512 on that PSU

My old 8800GTX i ran that on a 450w PSU for a year or so.

As for your CPU get yourself a Phenom II 940 3.0GHz they are outperforming the Intel Q6 / Q8 & Q9 Series and have fantastic overclocking ability. Someone has pushed one to 6.4GHz using L/N2 Plus not...
