I know that a quadro/firegl gpu would be better but they are more expensive...

but this is a total OVERKILL..

I presumed that is harder to code.. because you need to split your code between normal code and vectorized code (to use in the SPEs) in a bigger scale comparing to x86 or to the 360...

yeah, thought that the 250mb vram included in ps3 will bottleneck in fullhd resolution with filters turned on.. i think that a 512 ram + 512 vram would be better to play in this full hd consoles..

i think 360 has a better image today because its easier to code compared to ps3.. and its gpu have a better specs.. with this you dont have much trouble to port a pc game to the 360 compared to ps3..
