Yes I plan on building a new system!
These are the things that must take place before preparations for commencing can begin though.

1. Vista has to be available to me. (I am NOT paying for aother copy of XP!)
2. ATI must have fully compliant HDCP video cards available.
3. There must be an AMD M2 socket motherboard that supports Cross Fire.
4. There must be an AMD Dual Core processor that kick ass but is less than $600.00.

Parts that I have now that will be saved:

Black Logitech Keyboard
5 button Microsoft optical mouse
Plextor 16X Dual Layer DVD writer
60 gig Maxtor IDE hard drive (will eventually be replaced by SATA drive)
120 gig Western Digital IDE hard drive (will eventually be replaced by SATA drive)
Samsung 204B 20.1" 5ms LCD flat panel
Home Theatre AND PC speaker system (http://www.yamaha.com/yec/products/HTIB/HTIB_270_1.htm)

Parts that I have decided on:

Thermaltake Black Armor case with window VA8000BWS (http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/product/Chassis/fulltower/armor/va8000bws.asp)
Enermax 620 Watt Liberty PSU (http://www.enermax.com.tw/english/product_Display1.asp?PrID=5)
Danger Den DD12V-D5 Pump (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=175&cat=4&page=1)
Tygon 3603 1/2" ID 3/4" OD tubing (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=172&cat=33&page=1)
Black Ice XtremeII Radiator (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=2&cat=72&page=1)
Danger Den Dual 3 1/2" Floppy Bay Resevoir (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=54&cat=27&page=1)
Because the front fan on the Armor case is on the 3 1/2" drive bay.

Yet to be determined:

2 X high end ATI HDCP compliant video cards
An AMD M2 Dual Core processor
Water block for M2 socket processor
Water blocks for ATI video cards
1 gb stick (for starters) DDR2 8000 or higher (latencies are still too high right now)
