In general terms, this case involves claims of price-fixing between Nvidia and ATI regarding the prices of Graphics Processing Units, and it’s a class action on behalf of consumers who purchased GPUs directly from Nvidia or ATI. The parties in the case have reached a settlement. If you purchased one or more GPUs directly from ATI’s or Nvidia’s websites (shop.ati.com and www.nvidia.com) from December 4, 2002 to November 7, 2007, you may be entitled to money as part of the settlement. Go to www.gpuantitrustsettlement.com to read the notices to the class, to view other important documents, and, if you qualify as a class member, to fill out a claim form.

Then people should be sueing car companies because of the fact , that cars lose their value over time .

everything loses money over time

this lawsuit is about price fixing at time of purchase between the companies

same as the TV LCD lawsuit as well
several companies have already been fined and some of the executives
get to spend time in jail to boot
