No WMV Playback?

Recently installed a new HD4670 card and so far all is going well. However, I have a WMV format DVD that doesn't play on my pc using Powerdvd. I can get it to play using WMP so I'm not sure what is going on here. Is there somewhere in Catalyst CC (8:12) I can enable WMV ?

Perhaps you are lacking a codec ? If not , then I really don't know .
