MSI N9800GT and BIOSTAR TForce 6100-939

Hey guys,

Does anyone have any experience with this combo or similar.
I placed videocard in and it's not even spinning.

Biostar MB has PCI Express 16x
and
MSI videocard is PCI Express 16x 2.0

I already returned one, thought it was dead ... but could this be a conflict of sorts, but I heard that PCI 2.0 is backwards compatible ...

I would appreciate any input on this.

Also, my PSU is 465 and I tried it with 585 as well.

Yeah, they should be backwards compatible.

There have been some problems with PCI-e 1.0a boards and PCI-e 2.0 cards, but I haven't been able to find out what PCI-e version your board has.
