Are those Rivatuner temps real? Seems to show 66 deg C with my 9600 GSO.... I think thats a bit much.... well i did run 3dmark06 but still its rather high. In a review i saw them measuring temp with a thermometer and it showed 45 deg C   and they said it was in load.... /confused

Idk.. I'm using EVGA Precision which is just a Rivatuner thats been dumbed down a bit.

It shows my 7950GT running at about 68C. I think thats pretty normal for a graphics card. Could be wrong though, but I bet I'm about to find out!

I;m gonna find a thermometer around the house :d
Sadly it has a limit of 50 deg :| best thing i could do is wear some ESD gloves and touch the card to see what's really going on or is not the best idea?

Thats totally normal, cards run that hot. My old 8800 GTS SLI would hit 90 degrees Celcius at times if I forgot to turn the fan to max before playing Crysis.

MMM GSO is it a duel slot, cuase I think the GSO or 8800GS whatever, is duel slot. My old card's (8800GTS 640's) were duel slot so in order to give you an accurate picture (at least me) I touched my case and then the grill on the back of the card, or front whatever, its were all the hot air blows out. That usally helped me get an idea of how hot it is. Just remember warm is 40C, hot is 70C. That usally a general rule of thumb.
