I just recently update the driver to 177.92 with my 8800 GTX..
and somehow I manage to get lower fps, and driver fail constantly ...
it happen with both 177.92 / 177.83 ...
I tried to disable the PhysX , but still not getting it to work out...
anyone happen like this too?
or anyone got a solution with this?
I've done the driver clean up with a fresh install, still with no luck....

everything looks normal ...
it only happens on latest driver that include phyX...

You know, it might be a good idea to revert to the older drivers until either a fix is posted, or the next set of drivers comes out. I had a similar problem back when Elders Scrolls IV: Oblivion was new on the market.

Did you uninstall your old drivers and then use driver sweeper and whatever else you can to get rid of the remnants of the old drivers in safe mode ?
If not , then do that and try again .
