I thought I stumbled into a transcript of a CounterStrike conversation there. Kind of reminded me of Concearned for a moment. All I'll say is that online English is one on it's own ;)

(I would have put that in as an in-line link but I think my browser is playing up.)
This follows on from one of my posts a couple of months back actually, regarding where the rest of the 7xxx range is. I don't blame nVidia for trying to squeeze ATI at the bottom with this speed bumped 6200 > 7300, nor the GS model which seems to have worked on the 6800 variant and has maybe made it a ligitimate moniker. (Caveat: I bought one!)
ATI's introduction of the 1900, which some have pointed out wasnt so much quick to market, just that the 1800 was so slow to market, and since there's no 'new' DirectX version to market it with, they're left with arguments over memory speed, core speed and shaders, which already cuts their audience right down, and maybe that's why nVidia have only just pushed the budget 7K series out the door. It seems that for all of these releases that they're merely bumped versions of the last generation, rather than whole new systems. Or am I way off taget (again)?
They're definitely new chips...90nm with the standard 7-series upgrades...the 7300 is the card nvidia will be selling to OEMs in high volume...and it looks pretty good thus far...should make them a lot of money
