what is the difference between
1)HIS Radeon X1950 Pro GDDR3 512 MB 8x AGP and
2)Sapphire Radeon X1950 PRO 512mb 8x AGP

What recomended me

They are the same card... there is essentially no difference whatsoever between them...

Except that HIS is, generally speaking anyway, a cheaper company than Sapphire.
