Actually I was planning to buy a PC for my brother so we won't fight that much, that's why my budget is limited. Never Mind about that, please take a look at the specs:

ASUS P5K MotherBoard
Intel Core2 Duo E6750
2GB RAM @ 667MHz
GeForce 8500GT 256MB
250GB HDD S-ATA
450W PSU
20X DVD-RW writer
Internal Card reader
Logitech Keyboard & Mouse

What do you all guys think, this is the only PC suitable for my budget, but the graphic card really sucks, I'll will deal with that later

Otherwise the PC is good , but if I were you , I'd save up now for a PC with a better graphics card in it , or better yet , buy it in parts and assemble it yourself , if your budget really is so limited .

true.... but the shop offers a upgrade to 8800GTS 320MB GDDR3 for a hundred dollars, because I'm planning to pay by installment. Can't wait to end of this year though...:p

Do NOT get that card . Get a 8800 GT or a HD 3870 they are both cheap and faster than the 8800 GTS 320MB .

I'll guess I'll save up for a HD3870 while paying the installment, think I'll bear with the 8500GT for a time being. Don't need care so much about the graphic card, is the specs OK for gaming nowadays (processor, motherboard etc)?

I think it's better to get a Core 2 Duo 1.86 ghz and OC it close to 3.0 ghz (so that you can save those money for a better graphics card). 450 Watt PSU isn't going to get you anywhere... I suggest at least 600W.

why not get a very powerful CPU and overclock it to "extremely" powerful, rather than buying a lousy one than overclock it to be powerful

They're the same chip ( as far as I know ) , the 1.86 Ghz one is simply clocked lower . You wont get much more than 3Ghz from either one of those two .

The higher clocked chips are the ones which pass tests at higher speeds so are (supposedly) a better quality.

If you've got the money, and are absolutely set on spending it on CPU, I'd say to go with the higher clocked one.
