Emergency HELP!!!

After buying a new DVD burner and installed it, it can run without any problems. But there's a problem with my console!! There's a power leakage, is it because of my power supply can't produce enough watt or there's a problem with my casing? Please I need some help please, don't expect me to get shocked everytime I on my PC....:(

not very sure..... my PC is just suffering from power leakage after buying my new DVD burner, is it due to PSU?

Lack of power and power leaking are two different things .
Get a new PSU , anyway . Probably a lack of power .
