Finally I've made up my mind, I'll either get a GeForce 8400GS or a Radeon HD2600XT next year, but here's the problem: The GeForce 8400GS cost S$145 in Singapore and the Radeon HD2600XT cost RM380 in Malaysia (about $160 in Singapore dollar), but if I want to go back to Malaysia to visit my relatives, I need to wait till next year June holiday, if I want to buy the GeForce 8400GS I can grab one in Febuary. I am confuse with my choice, so do you all think I should get the Radeon HD2600XT in June 2008 or the 8400GS in Febuary 2008?? I don't have much choice left because I only have S$160 for the budget for my new Graphic Card next year....
Anyway, thanks for the help:)

but a Radeon X1950PRO cost S$300 here which is beyond my budget, I don't have much choice left, so which card should I get? 8400GS or HD2600XT? My Radeon X1300PRO is just a piece of useless shit

The HD 2600 XT and the 8400 GS are prettymuch the same... they're crappy .
Although the HD 2600 XT is much faster than the 8400 GS .
Still... save up and get the X1950 Pro . You'll regret getting the HD 2600 XT soon , if you buy it . Or get a HD 3850 .

DAMN!!! I've just bought a PowerColor Radeon HD2600XT 512MB GDDR3, that shop keeper offered me at a real cheap price.... but I can't use it, my 350W PSU can't support it and I can't use it. Don't know how well can it perform in games though, because this card is gonna last me for a year, at least I get a real powerful one next year...

For a year ? Well... you can't run anything with AA or high settings , but yeah.. it'll probably last you that long . And doesn't it work with a 350W PSU ? It should .

I don't mind, as long I can run latest games without lag at Mid settings I am happy enough:), as we are poor gamers we can't expect much...
