Radeon X1950XT low performance...

I have Radeon X1950XT and it should be working at 625/1800MHZ. But my card, Atitray tools show me, working at 500/1200MHz!!! And Imm not only person whid this problem... Manufacturer is Club 3D, but people who using Sapphire tel me same thing! Where is the problem??? Graphic card or PC??? :mad:

It probably unclocked itself , because it's overheating , or it might be a driver problem . Check it's temperatures .
P.S. is it performing like it should in games , or does it have cut down performance in games aswell ?
