Is there any software for me to know the temperature my graphic card? I wanted to over-clock because my memory clock is bull shit and I am afraid my graphic card's temperature is too high.

If you have an nVidia card you can use nTune, and I'm sure there are ATi utilities as well, I think maybe even built in to the CCC.
