Hello, i want to buy a videocard, i was thinking in Nvidia GeForce 8600 GTS 256MB PCI-E x16
What do you say about, it's a good one, or doesn't?
I want it for gaming the lastest games for next generations
my pc specifications:
intel Desktop board dg33bu
intel core 2 duo e6750 2.66 GHZ
2gb RAM ddr2
320 gb sata
lcd 19" AOC
Power Color Ati Radeon X1550 256MB PCI-eX16
Please, suggestions.

I wouldn't get it , if you don't want to upgrade for a while .
I'd go for a 8800 GTS 320MB ( not too good for resolutions past 1280x1024 while running max settings , but you're using a 19" monitor ) .

what psu do u have? if it came with the case chances are u wont be able to run much of a video card.

Considering , that he's using a fairly decent PC (exept the video card) , I don't think it has a crappy PSU in it . But it's a good idea to check it .

Your CPU and RAM are great . But your video card is crap . That's what I meant . You could upgrade to a 8800 GTS or a HD 2900 XT or a 8800 GTX ( depending on your price-range ) .

One second thought . Buy the HD 2900 Pro . It's like 270dollars and it's not that much slower than the HD 2900 XT .
