Hello all,

I am looking to buy a new graphics card to replace my old (ancient!) Voodoo 3000 16MB... I am looking for a 256MB card supporting DX9 and OpenGL 2.0 (if possible).

My system is a P3/1000 (overclocked to 1080) running on an ASUS CUSL2-C motherboard with 512 RAM (2 x 256@133), WinXP Pro & Win98SE.

Most recent cards support AGP 8X. I don't know which ones are fully compatible with the motherboard's AGP 4X and because of differerent voltages i don't want to risk buying an incompatible card.

Can you suggest any cards that are tested to run with CUSL2-C without problems? (and are there drivers for Win98SE for these cards?)

Thanks!

What do you need to do that your current card doesn't do? And how much would you like to spend?

A nice, cheap option:

Of course, this is purely speculative for what you want and need.
