Everytime I hit my desk or everytime I knock on it or just move it my video card freezes... I figured my card isnt stable inside its slot.... Is there anything I can do so it doesnt move?

Is it screwed into the case?

Make sure there's nothing getting in the way of the card going into the slot, and nothing trying to pull it out (like power cables pulled tight, etc).

Is it AGP or PCI-E? Does your slot have a little clip to hold the card in place?

Its a pci-e.

There is a small clip thats holding the card in but the card still looks like its too heavy and isnt parallel to the ground....

Can you take a picture and post it somewhere?

Cards may sit a little uneven in your case, but they really shouldn't be sliding out and crashing your machine.

Not to beat a dead horse, but he did seem to have power supply problems; is there any chance that your PSU is the source of the crashes?

not at all.

I found out that the screen freezes were caused by vibrations. Whenever I hit my desk ( i tested it ) my screen flashes black and then freezes.

My PSU is doing to work so far :P

poor little SP500.

Well, I was thinking that if you had modular cables, that might be part of the problem... and, in fact, you do. You should seriously look into the connections on your power supply before you assume it's video card related.

I tend to agree. I find it hard to believe that the video card could be sitting in the slot so loosely.

Check every connection in the machine.

Everything is wrong in there but it isn't that bad when i put the ti wraps in.
Good thing its the last computer I buy from a store cause everything looks wrong in there and it looks like they built that computer in 5 minutes....

It is not the power supply because the problem comes from vibrations and not from a lack of voltage.

My onboard 6150 LE works just fine ... but not for advance gaming :(

here are some pictures i took so you can maybe find why my card freezes whenever there's vibrations....
