I was wondering if I'd be able to upgrade from my stalwart 9800 Pro to a 1650XT. I've got a Dell Dimension 4600 P4, 2.8 Ghz and a 450 W supply with 14 amps on the +12 V. I have a floppy drive, SoundBlaster Live! sound card, a CDBurner/DVD player Drive, a 56K modem that we don't use anymore (so I guess I could take it out if need be), and a cable Internet connection.
While I'm asking, and I think I already know the answer, but I wouldn't be able to us a 1950 pro agp would I? Not enough power?
THanks.

The X1950 Pro is out of the question.

The X1650XT has a chance..

I would get a cheap 18A PSU, as thats what everyone who asks if they have enough amps, has. You have less than that even, so it shouldnt be a problem to get a no name brand PSU for now.
