I'd wait for the G84 and the RV630 before i make a final decision.(G84 should be at 200$ and be half an 8800gtx the RV630 specs are unknown)

For PCIe?

The All-In-Wonder X1900 is basicly an X1900XT 256MB, except that the AIW is underclocked (wich means nothing cause u can overclock it back up) and also the AIW is a TV aswell!
So u get the best graphics card for the money (X1900XT for 200$!!) AND a high-end TV card in one.

Price: 220$ USD

At this point I wouldnt reccomend waiting for DX10 mid-range cards, because we dont know when they will come out. Only now do we find out that the R600 is delayed until March.. Not to mention that even when the 8600 GT comes out, the X1900XT will still be better than it. The only thing that the new cards have is DX10 compatibility and I doubt any games are going to come out until at least April and also i dont think that anyone is going to buy Vista right away, wich is another reason for the developers not to release games right away.

Buy the X1900GT then. The X1950Pro is a waste of money, unless it dosent cost anymore than the X1900GT.

Wrong track Nvidia has aimed for the 8600 to be able to beat the second best prev gen card from ati, Like the 7600gs matches the x800gto(In some games)
And how the 7600gt beats the x850xt(Only in a few games form what i've seen on hardocp) So we can atleast expect that the 8600gs be able to trade blows with the x1900xt(Dont forget the 64 shader's clock is rumored to be at 1.0 ghz)
Btw i thought i might update the rumor thread with some more info be right back.

Wrong track.

No need for that..

The X850XT is far superior to the 7600 GT, as it is a high-end card with twice the memory bus.

And "nVidia aims" isnt a counter, as its not only speculation but specualtion upon speculation.

well on newegg I saw a x1900xt for $220 and over here where I live they sell the x1950pro for $200
so either way I get a good card for my money but I would really like to have the x1900xt...
If i can find one on a website that ships to Canada.

And either way its a very good update to my x800 128mb :P:P:P
