Overclocking Powercolor X800 GTO?

Ok, so I learned how to overclock my CPU thru the BIOS on my Gigabyte 965 DS3.

How do I get started OCing this video card? I looked through the ATI Catalyst and saw no "BIOS" of any kind?

Yes, I am a newb.

Well I downloaded ATI tool and did the core and mem test.

Apparently this card doesn't have much reserve. Am I doing something wrong.

Will other cards OC more without touching voltages? I see no place for adjusting voltage on ATI tool but I assume they must be somewhere in there.

P.S. Apparently I have the R430 core if that means anything.
