i wonder....is it possible to add the video cards that xbox 360 and ps3 will be using to card database :eek:
would love to see how they stack up in numbers

Sure it's possible. It's obviously up to Mike since those cards cannot be sold/used by anything but their respective consoles, and don't really have much to do with computers. Although, they are GPUs, so yah, that would be a Mike decision, but definitely possible...

Well problem #1 would be, I haven't decided how to handle dx10 unified pipeline architectures yet. They don't really fit the current mold for describing the chip layout, so a bit of a redesign will be necessary to accomodate the xbox 360. Then there's the PS3, the details of which are still quite sketchy.
So I agree that it would be interesting to see the comparison, and even bring in older chips like the original playstation etc...but the work necessary to do so, and do so with some minimal degree of accuracy, would be considerable.
I'll consider it though.
