ATI hd5670

i purchashed the ATI HD5670 vudwo card. and the Core clock is no where near what it is supposed to be. can anyoneexplain this to me . or has this card been returned to the store and put back on the shelf.

If you're gauging it based on what the CCC tells you, keep in mind the card will throttle down to somewhere between 100-500mhz (usually) when in 2D mode. If you run a 3D program, you'll see it jump to the proper speed.
