Help find cheap upgrades 4 Computer

I am looking to improve my gaming and would like some input on cheap ways to upgrade my current setup to get the best results for my money. Here is my setup and please feel free to change what you think is needed. I was looking at the graphics card but any other suggestions would be ideal. I am looking for a <$300 upgrade and/or a <$500 upgrade.
