Hi guys,

I just got a Radeon HD 5550 1GB DDR2. I simply want it for multimedia to hook it up via HDMI to my 40" LCD Bravia.
Now, I connected the PC to TV with HDMI.... nothing.
PC to TV with VGA, fine. Not HDMI
I changed cables & ports, nothing.
I made TV primary then secondary... nothing.
I forced resolution of 1080P 60Hz NTSC with no use. (Mine is full HD).
I'm pulling my hair out. Help. I think its a configuration issue because the Catalyst nows its connected to a Sony TV via HDMI (it says so on the displays) but I can't get a signal out on that cable!

Any info you need tell me.

srry missed that part

and you're obviously changing it to HDMI choice on the tv

hmm

i really haven't played with HDMI

my buddy has it. he just "turns it on" to run to the tv upstairs
with no issues

so either something is wrong with the TV
or the video card perhaps

According to the Eastman Kodak Co.the fresh flowers and ornate concrete water fountains at Keukenhof in the Netherlands are the second of all the majority of people photographed associate as part of your world after going to be the Taj Mahal along with Aga, India. Keukenhof's history is because almost as colorful as its famous Dutch gardens.
