Which is better buy, Gainward 9800GT 512DDR3 or Gainward GTS250 512DDR3? Both are Green editions. Thanks in advance.

the 250 is slightly better

Now I'm using xfx 8600GT 256DDR3 with 3GB ram 800mhz and athlon X2 4800+. I have 19' LCD monitor max 1440x900, so don't need GPU for great resolutions.
