What should you do?

I got a small problem, can't choose what upgrade I'm gonna do...
I got around 550 euro for a upgrade..
I will say 2 things.. choose between them:p

First:
AMD Athlon64 3200+ 2000MHz 512Kb S939
Asus MB A8N-E AMD Athlon64 S939
Asus Nvidia GeForce 7900 GT 256Mb (PCI-Express)

Second:
AMD Athlon64 3500+ S939
Asus MBA A8N-E AMD S939
XFX Nvidia GeForce 7600 GT XXX 256Mb (PCI-Express)

I think i go for the first 1 but dont really know what is more needed, a better gfx-card or a better CPU..

Pls help me:D

Also, if you aren't scared of overclocking, you can probably get the 3200+ to 2.5Ghz on stock voltage easy.

and how much faster it gets then with that overclocking?
