Compatibility Question

I'm looking into upgrading my GPU to the Radeon HD4770 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150369), and was just curious if it is compatible with my current motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138077&cm_re=biostar_NF520-A2-_-13-138-077-_-Product). The only thing I'm confused on is the GDDR5 memory on the card, and whether the mobo (being as old as it is) can handle it. Last time I was buying parts GDDR3 was the new kid on the block. :/

Any insights would be much appreciated.
