As long as both the 4670 and the motherboard have PCI-Express x16 (1.0 or 2.0) they should work just fine, and the 4670 doesn't need a separate power connector, so you should be just fine buying the 4670 and the ASUS motherboard. Also, the 9500 GT, even with more memory, still would be noticeably slower than the 4670, so just take note of that. ATI's cards are compatible with all motherboards that have a working PCI-Express x16 slot and have a good enough power supply. 300 watt PSU is generally enough for the 4670, but 400 watts or higher is recommended.
