I have a 300W power supply. Will it suffice for a Sapphire Radeon x1600 pro? If not, can the card be powered separately through a separate cord?

The power draw on an x1600 is not very high at all, I don't think you have anything to worry about.

If it's a crappy 300W P/S, you might want to upgrade it just because, but I doubt you'll have any problems.

I c. But i think ATI recommends a 350W PSU. One more question- which is better- an overclocked 6600 vanilla or non oced x1600 pro

I would think that it would depend heavily on how well the memory overclocked on the 6600. A topped out 6600 would do pretty well against an x1600 I would think, but I would probably opt for the x1600 pro which has a decent amount of overclocking headroom itself...

Check their warranty first, from what I've heard refurbs can be hit or miss. Personally I wouldn't mess around with them, but you can get some really good deals that way. Just be sure you test the card immediately after you get it to make sure it's not a dud.
