yeah your computer just simply isn't enough for gtaIV's ridiculous demands though I've played it with no (terrible) artifacts on my laptop of course my laptop has 4gb of ram so that may have something to do with it.

at any rate the efficiancy is terrible on all gta games this one is no exception
