Hello!
I just bought this MSI HD 4350 256MB with heatsink (http://eu.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&maincat_no=130&cat2_no=137&prod_no=1639). In CCC, the idle temperature is 64 deg Celsius. In load it reaches 78 deg Celsius according to CCC. I'm a "little" concerned. Also, when selecting the Information Center/Graphics Hardware it appears that the HD 4350 supports Hypermemory   Please help :(
Thank You!

Those temps ARE a little surprising, but I don't think it's something to be concerned about since I'm guessing you're not gaming with this card.

HTPC? Make sure you've got adequate case ventilation. If you don't have any airflow then a single large (120mm+) fan at very low RPMs should do fine and stay quiet enough for a HTPC.

What did you expect from a car with a fanless cooler ?

Thanks!
I'll install a 120 mm fan, but is it possible that the sensor's readings to be incorrect? 60 C at 110 MHz in idle seems to be out of some S.F. movie. :)

It's possible, but I can't think of a quick way to check.

It's also possible that the heatsink was installed improperly. You could try remounting it with some better thermal compound. MX5, Arctic Silver, etc.
