This card is identical to the V7350 with the exception of onboard memory. The V7300 has 512, the V7350 has 1GB.

Your motherboard has the correct slot, but the power supply that comes in that PC may not be powerful enough to power this card. That is what you really need to worry about. Open up the case and find out how many watts the PSU is. I bet is less than 350Watts, and I bet it is a crappy generic brand.
