I recently spotted a cut-down version of the X800 GTO, that uses 128MB of 256-bit DDR2 RAM clocked at 350MHz. Obviously this card will be quite a bit slower than the 256MB GDDR3 variant listed here, so look carefully when you're buying.

Great card and a good overclocker.

I have the Sapphire version of this card, which incidently has the newer larger red coloured board and memory heatsinks. The GDDR3 memory is easily overclockable and it doesn't use the R480 core. It uses the R430 core, only the GTO2 uses the bios unlockable R480 core.

This card uses a bunch of different cores, and in some cases might even use a bridged R480.

I just got this card. It's an XpertVision one. I am very pleased with it, though, I found mine isn't too great for overclocking and mine doesn't have a temperature sensor.

IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BUYING THIS - DONT! Buy the 7600GT instead.

GPU Runs stabile @520 MHz with Zalman VF700 AlCu, because the GPU is also used for X800 XT :) Beats Geforce 7800 and Radeon X1800 :)

@Cobby: I got that XpertVision, too.
Get yourself the Zalman cooler and OC it with ATi Tool to GPU 520MHz - ur gonna be fine!

Itīs a R420 GPU, and with a Zalman VF700 AlCu it runs very fine and stabile @520 MHz :)
DDR1 @375 MHz (350 original). Beats any X1650 and Ge7800 non-GT

I have a Sapphire x800 GTO that has the r480 core, not a r481. I've had the HSF off and saw with my own eyes plain as day. runs 522/590 stock HSF all day long.
