That's the only quality image that's currently available. It'll do until the card launches and I can get the official images from ATi.

Hey mike can you disable voting for this card before it's released?

Will do. Interesting how everyone already thinks it's going to be a poor overclocker.

Thank you, I don't want people getting the wrong impression about this card before it is released, Just like i did with the x1900gt.(Boy what an idiot i was)

So far the DriverHeaven review is my favorite. They overclock their X6800 to 4GHz and ramp up the settings in FEAR and Oblivion and they show the results of combing a X1950 XTX with a X1900 CrossFire Edition master card.

I love ATi with all my heart, but I will admit that ATi cards were not always good at being overclocked when compared to Nvidia. Don't call me a traitor, I still love ATi. (Edited for easier comprehension)

Excuse me but is'nt this manufactured on an 80nm process not 90? Or is that going to be the R600 core that comes out in November?

I think 80nm will be for the R600 core.

There were rumors that R580 was going to be 80nm but it isn't. I was quite confused on this point and originally posted this card as being 80nm but I've since done some checking and it's definitely 90nm.

I love my x1950 XTX, OCs pretty good (I can get it up to about 735/1125 before the core crashes), and it's performance is spectacular.

mike, would u suggest x1950 xtx for need for speed game series?

@gpuaddict The X1950XTX can run just about any game quite well. You might want to look at the 8800GTS though, since DX10/Vista is right around the corner.

I have this card in my system now and I love it. Runs all my games at pretty much full settings. The only gripe I have about it it that it doesn't overclock as well as I would like.

Looking forward to the r600!

@anonymous: if you want to look for something cheap, get the Radeon HD3850, currently a very card for the price

The single GPU lord and master of DX9 cards. Even the 7950gx2 was beaten by it in a fair number of games.
