I wonder how this stacks up to the X1300 PCI...it might actually be worse because of the 64 bit access...

This is great for the peaple out there without a AGP or a Pci-e slot. Its got to be better than onboard Video Graphics....right?

I recently bought this card, and I have to say, it's the best $90 I've spent in a long time.

Being stuck with PCI, I was somewhat limited by what local retailers had in stock, but I'm fairly happy with this. Fairly graphic intensive games like M2:TW work with everything on high settings with very little to no lag.

I want to buy one but I don't the witch one is the best between the 3. Is anybody knows? 128bits, 450 mhz core and 260 mhz ram or 64bits, 550mhz core and 400 mhz ram?

Sparkle 8500 GT PCI owns this card. To answer Fill's question, always get 128 bit if you can, as 64-bit interface is a massive bottleneck.

I have a dell optiplex and the dell upgrade is for the Visiontek Radeon X1550 PCI 256mb. If i wanted to go with another brand, what aspects of the video card have to be identical with the visiontek specs? I don't want to have compatibility issues. I looked at some cards on newegg like 3D Fuzion 3DFR55256P GeForce FX 5500 256MB 128-bit DDR PCI Video Card - Retail but I am not certain of directx and opengl. I am going to use my card for graphic design/movies.
