Clock speeds will vary from laptop to laptop. If you have a laptop with this chipset in it, please drop me an e-mail letting me know what your clock speeds are.

In the T60, The X1400 has 128MB dedicated (I'm guessing on a 128bit bus, due to performance being higher than my old Radeon 9600 Pro) and then extends to 512MB through Hypermemory. The CCC is reporting clockspeeds as 392/342(700 DDR).

Its a decent chip for older DX9 games. The newest ones don't run well at all, but games like Far Cry will run at 1400x1050 with medium settings well.

dell inspiron e1705 clocks are 432 mhz core 396 mhz memory and it has 64 bit memory bus not 128 bit memory bus. using optimal battery life settings of powerplay in catalyst control center downclocks the x1400 to 324 mhz core and 131 mhz memory.
