The information on here right now is from the leaked information except for the exact Release Date, Texture Unit counts and the Max Power Draw. I guessed at those.

Hmm, it looks good but one thing that I have been reading all over the internet is that the Kepler architecture from Nvidia will have fixed shader clocks, much like AMD's.

I dunno why someone wasted their time putting these 28nm nvidia gpu details up, quite clearly fake, 700watt dual GPU card? 512bit? 3.5 TeraFLOPs? I don't think so, even if it were real no-one would buy it due to heat, power draw and cancer from electromagnetism.

Happy GTX 680 Launch Day!!!

Costs less, takes less power and runs faster than the 7970!

Also I see that you have changed the specs from the old leaked GK 110 core 680 to the new GK 104 680, but you forgot to change what core the GTX 680 is now using, it is using GK 104 now. :)

Nice when you can get one. Card is sold out the minute it says they got it. Wish Nvidia would stock up before the release date instead of leaving you hanging for weeks!

I believe I also read that where Nvidia gets all their units: TSMC, AMD claimed a lot of their GPU production lines. Somewhere around 10% of their available capacity is only reserved for Nvidia.

Add to that that Nvidia chips are always harder and more complex to make. :)

This comes in light of trying to order a GTX 670. I even had enough for a 680. They were all still sold out at NCIX for me. I went with an AMD HD 7870 and a new case instead. :P

The GTX 680 is a very solid card! Quite an upgraded from my 8800 Ultra KO in 2007, which still plays Skyrim very smoothly!

The power requirement is surprisingly low for the 3.5 Billion transistors. Yes. Billion lol. I run two GTX 680's SLI'ed which outperforms the GTX 690 for about 48 dollars less then the price of a GTX 690. If you choose to SLI two GTX 680's I strongly advise a 1,200W PSU with 95 AMPS on 12v rail.

Will sli just double framerate or also double texture mapping speed? I mean will both gpus together perform mapping or just for individual even and odd alternate frames.?

They say Gtx 690 has slower texture mapping than gtx 680. gtx 690 only has better frame rate. Because 690 is dual gpu (2xgk110).
