This card is mostly used in OEM systems, but Evga is selling it as well.

Zotac is also selling this card, with 1.5Gb of DDR3, an amount which seems a bit more consistent with a 192-bit bus. Clocks are listed as 720/900, the same as the EVGA. Zotac product number is [ZT-50801-10P].
