This card was available through Dell on OEM machines but some of them trickled out into retail.

Snatched one of these from a dell 8400. Unlocked fully and overclocked to 425/575 with an aftermarket cooler but no voltmod, and now I'm scoring over 6000 on 3dMark05 with an A64 3400. Its was great card If you could get your hands on one.
